Automatic Ozone Environment Test Chamber is used to assess the resistance to the environment where Ozone is present. Ozone ranges of 25, 50, 100, 150, 200 (PPHM) can be achieved. The test will be conducted as per ASTM D 1149, D1171, D3395 and ISO 1431 and the procedure lay out by the customers and the Automatic Ozone Environment Test Chamber is used to expose the polymer samples both in dynamic and static mode. The Machine is fully computer controlled and the results are generated automatically by the computer. A graph will be produced for the whole operation of the sample under certain ozone concentration. The test can be conducted as per your requirements. The exposed rubber sample was observed for cracks using surface analyzer and its resistance to ozone can be determined.
