Protein analysis
We test according to ASTM standard D 1076 and ISO procedure.
Sample is centrifuged for Extracting original latex by centrifuge machine at 2,300 RPM.
Extracted sample is analyzed under UV spectrophotometer. Amount of protein the latex is determined by photometric method.
We have UV-1800 model UV spectrophotometer. This instrument is fully computerized and results are generated automatically.
